Terrible Room service Lady and staff needs to know their system. Checking in was terrible

Checking could not find our reservation and we booked 4 rooms for us and 2 friends. Room service lady yelled at me and called the manage because we wanted to extend for one more day and their room phones were not working. Manager came and threatened us because I was direct with the lady. I told her the phones were not working and we wanted to stay an extra day so we were not ready to check out. And don’t talk about the manager, he treated us as if we were his kids and said if he lets us stay another day not if we wanted to. On top of that when we came back after extending our stay they changed our room without telling us or even checking if we had stuff in the room. Never will I stay there nor recommend them. Noting but prostitutes walking the nearby street. We had no clue!

Unclean Bathroom, and room in general. Cigarette smell(front desk gave me Lysol, to cover up the smell) which is a non smoking in room, Hotel. No Breakfast. Out of service printer. Noise level of people next door

I just checked in about an hour ago, and I can already tell you that this is the best deal you will ever find for the price! Everything is fresh, clean, new, and smells amazing! The lobby is beautiful, and the young man that checked me in, Cipriano, was so friendly and helpful. The photos online don't do it justice! My room has everything promised and the bed is heaven. My only quirk is the tv doesn't have many options, but I don't care. The wifi is fine-- excellent even! I'll stream, lol. This is the only place I will ever stay in Dallas again! Only twenty bucks more than the cheapest places, and worth every penny!

We came to Dallas for spring break with our kids and were not familiar with the area. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! No complaints at all about the hotel, but it's not a good part of town to bring your kids.

There is only one ice machine and it did not work. We were there for a three night stay and after the first night the room was not cleaned. We had to request room cleaning service. The complementary breakfast had very few items on it and did not change at all during our stay. There is a lot of activity that goes on in the parking lot including loud music, drinking and smoking marijuana. The environment frightened my wife and daughter somewhat.
